Head Teacher for 5 years of President Kennedy School which in that time improved from RTI to Outstanding in all categories. The school has been in at least the top 3% of all schools for progress between 2012-2016 and twice in the top 100 state performing secondary schools.
Natalie Rock, Director of Teaching & Learning and Director of English
Previously Assistant Headteacher for English at President Kennedy School for seven years. English results were in the top 1% for progress for six of those years. Natalie is also an SLE and has been working on school improvement across the trust for three years. She was also part of the transformative Teaching & Learning Team at President Kennedy School.

Qualifications: BA (Hons) CIPD (Grad) MA HR Management
Background: H.R. Professional, over 10 years experience advising schools.
Specialisms: Statutory H.R. requirements in education, strategic H.R. review, H.R. consultancy and managing complex casework.
Elisabeth Rowlands, Trust Development Director
Qualifications: BA Hons. (1987) M.B.A. (1998)
Background: Financial Economist (13 years City of London), 9 years working in Education leading on business improvement and marketing at President Kennedy School. Specialisms: Business Planning, Academy Conversions, Marketing and PR, Risk Management and Project Management
Niamh Field, Trust Company Secretary
Qualifications: BA Hons (2000), MA (2011)
Background: over 10 years’ experience advising on operational, procedural and statutory obligations in both public and private sector organisations. Specialisms: Corporate Governance, regulation and stakeholder engagement.
