Attending an FTA Experience Event gives you the unique opportunity to:

Speak directly with Trainees, Early Career Teachers, and other school staff.
Ask questions about teacher training and career pathways
Build confidence before applying for a teacher training programme
Get into Teaching Open Days & Experience Events
During our Experience Events you will be able to come and get a taste of what it is like working in a school. You will be able to observe lessons and meet current students and staff, including Trainees and Early Career Teachers. There will then be an opportunity to ask questions and discuss your next steps with one of the team before you leave. The Experience Events will usually run for three hours, giving you an in-depth look at what it’s like to work in a school.
