Tracey is the Executive Lead for Governance, Legal and Trust Services at The Futures Trust. She leads and oversees governance arrangements across all levels of the Trust, alongside responsibility for legal compliance and core trust services.

With over 20years’ experience supporting senior leaders in both the public and private sectors, Tracey brings extensive expertise in governance and board support. She holds an ICSA Certificate in Academy Governance.
Tracey works closely with the Board of Trustees, providing strategic and professional advice on governance and ensuring the Trust operates with transparency, accountability, and assurance. She is responsible for clerking all Trust Board and Committee meetings and overseeing governance arrangements within Local Governing Committees.
