John is the Associate Director of Estates at The Futures Trust, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience across education, local government, and the commercial sector. He holds professional qualifications in APM Project Management, NEBOSH, and BIFM.
He has a strong track record of delivering estates management, capital projects, and compliance programmes that support high-quality learning environments.
In his role, John provides strategic oversight of the Trust’s estate portfolio, ensuring all sites are safe, compliant, and aligned with long-term priorities. Working closely with the Executive Team, Headteachers, and external partners, he leads capital investment, asset management, and maintenance programmes across the Trust.
John is committed to continuous improvement, with a focus on sustainability, effective risk management, and creating safe, inspiring environments for pupils and staff.
